These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Besttima. By working with us, you agree to these terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Who we are<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Besttima is an engineering company specializing in technical drawings, 3D models, and project support.

2. Services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Besttima provides digital engineering services including, but not limited to, technical drawings, 3D modeling, design assistance, and consulting. All deliveries are digital unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Pricing and payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Services are billed based on an hourly rate. All rates are excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in additional costs such as statutory interest and collection fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All work is delivered digitally. The delivery format will be discussed in advance if specific file types are required. It is the client\u2019s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their own systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Cancellation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Clients may cancel a project before work has started at no cost. If work has already begun, hours worked up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Besttima is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any direct liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the specific project or service in question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Intellectual property<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All intellectual property created by Besttima remains the property of Besttima unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients receive the right to use the delivered work for the agreed purpose only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Use of third-party software<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Besttima may use third-party design and engineering software to produce digital files. It is the client\u2019s responsibility to verify that the delivered formats are compatible with their own systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Governing law<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

These terms and any agreements made with Besttima are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
